Typed letter from William Winter to William Faversham [manuscript], 1910?

Winter writes that he will "do all that I can in the interest of the Theatre and the Public ... as long as I can I shall write what I believe." Undated but first leaf has a pencil annotation "1910?" Winter also refers to his retirement from the Tribune, which occurred in 1909. Winter's own file copy, unsigned.
